Our Story

Good Bread Should Feel Personal

At Bobo Bakes, every loaf is made in small batches with care, patience, and quality ingredients.

Rather than producing bread in large quantities, we bake a limited number of loaves each week so customers receive bread that is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made for our community.

Whether you're picking up your favorite weekly loaf or trying one of our seasonal creations, we hope our bread becomes something you look forward to sharing around your table.

Why We Bake Small

Fresh

Bread is baked close to pickup time rather than sitting on a store shelf.

Thoughtful

Smaller batches allow attention to every loaf.

Local

Your purchase supports a neighborhood small business.

Limited

We bake only what our weekly capacity allows, helping maintain quality and reduce waste.

Meet Your Baker

Meet Your Neighborhood Baker

Jovana started Bobo Bakes, named after her son, from a simple love of baking and sharing fresh bread with family, friends, and neighbors.

What began in a home kitchen grew into the idea of creating a small neighborhood bakery built around quality, community, and the joy of sharing something handmade.

Every loaf is prepared in small batches with the goal of creating bread that feels just as special on an ordinary Tuesday as it does at a family gathering.

"There's something special about knowing exactly who baked the bread on your table."

Jovana
